As concerns about COVID-19 grow, we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precautions to make sure our associates and customers are safe and healthy. We have reached out to local public health officials at the Summit County Board of Health and are monitoring advisories from the Ohio Department of Health.
Our office and trucks are cleaned every 24 hours. We have also implemented and expended our efforts to include but not limited to the following areas:
- Our staff is required to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, change boot covers on every job, and take their temperature at the start of every day to ensure they don’t have a fever.
- We are in touch with numerous agencies and your state trade Association, Chamber of Commerce, plus the health departments at the city, state, and federal levels to make sure you receive the latest updates and protocols
- We have distributed critical information to key staff members and business partners to help prevent communicable sicknesses throughout this business, and will require our employees to stay home if there is a sickness or fever present
Our employees have been trained to arrive at your home or business in the safest manner possible. As we all navigate this situation as best we can, our goal is to provide our customers with great service as safely as possible.
