Inspected pressure tank, piping connections, and relief valve assembly in basement mechanical room. Documented existing conditions including aged pressure tank with visible rust staining, moisture accumulation on floor around tank base, and complete copper piping configuration connecting to wall-mounted components. Completed full air conditioning system replacement including outdoor condenser unit and indoor evaporator coil. Removed existing equipment and installed new beige residential condenser on concrete pad with proper refrigerant line connections and electrical disconnect box mounted to exterior brick wall. Installed new indoor air handler unit with access panel in mechanical room, connected all ductwork, and verified proper refrigerant charge. System tested and operational upon completion.
